At JMhyel Collection , we take pride in offering premium quality hair products and exceptional service. all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer exchanges once your order has been confirmed and processed.

Refunds are only granted in rare, verified situations, such as:

• You received the wrong item (wrong texture, lace size, length, etc.)

• Your item arrived damaged or defective (must be reported within 48 hours with clear photo or video proof)

• Your package was not delivered due to a seller error

We do not issue refunds for:

• Incorrect selections (length, lace, density, texture, etc.)

• Dissatisfaction with fullness when it matches the selected density

• Late pre-orders caused by insufficient lead time

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Orders marked “delivered” by the carrier
