Shipping Timelines

• Ready-to-ship units: Ship within 2–3 business days(Mon–Fri)

• Customized units: Require 3–5 business days for prep before shipping

• Pre-orders: Must be placed at least 1–2 weeks in advance to ensure timely delivery

• Processing Time : 2-5 Business Days! For a faster processing time use OFFLINE PAYMENTS. 

A shipping confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once your order is shipped. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Please double check your shipping address before submitting your order. JMhyel Collection is not responsible for delivery issues due to address errors, missed deliveries, or packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

Same day shipping is only available for select hair on hand units. 

Local Pickup & Delivery Options: 

We offer convenient options for local customers who prefer to pick up or receive their orders nearby.

Pickup Policy

• Pickup is available by appointment only

• Pickup address is sent the day of your scheduled appointment

• Missed or late pickups with no notice may result in order cancellation without a refund

Meet-Ups

• Local meet-ups are available but must be scheduled in advance

• All meet-ups are based on seller availability and must be confirmed by both parties

• Missed meet ups without communication may result in restrictions on future service

Local Delivery

• Delivery is available for an additional fee

• Please provide your complete address when placing your order

• Someone must be available to receive the delivery at the agreed-upon time

• JMhyel Collection is not responsible for delivery issues due to missing/inaccurate addresses or unavailability at time of drop-off.
