Payments

• We do not offer holds or partial payments.

Order Policy

• Once submitted, orders cannot be changed or edited. Please double-check your lace size, texture, length, and density before placing your order.

• Pre-orders must be made 1–2 weeks ahead of the needed date to avoid delays.

Shipping & Pickup

By placing an order, you also agree to our Shipping, Pickup & Delivery Policy as outlined on our website.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refunds are only issued in cases of seller error, shipping damage (reported within 48 hours), or non-delivery due to our fault. More info can be found in our Return & Refund Policy.
